David Louis
Managing Partner

David is the head of the KPMG Law Luxembourg office. He has over 20 years' experience with international law firms in Luxembourg. He is a member of the Luxembourg Bar.


David's practice covers all areas of corporate law with a specific focus on investment funds (UCITS and AIF/M). This includes fund formation, investments and regulatory compliance. He specialises in alternative investment funds.

David is an active member of the ALFI (Association Luxembourgeoise des Fonds d'Investissement) notably at the level of the AIFMD, Private Equity, Real Estate and the Socially Responsible Investment (ESG) committees. David co-chairs the American Bar Association Subcommittee on Investment Funds. He is also co-chair of ALFI's digital funding committee. David is mentioned in several professional directories including Legal 500 and Chambers. David is a regular speaker at international conferences, seminars and lectures at Universities. David speaks French, English and Spanish.

Réphaël has over 12 years of experience acquired in a highly reputable international firm in the areas of corporate, M&A, and commercial law as legal advisor for legal implementation of international restructuring as well as lead counsel managing large multijurisdictional and cross-border assignments. He is used to working in a multicultural and multidisciplinary environment dealing with complex legal projects.

Réphaël has been advising and assisting with preparing, negotiating and reviewing all relevant documents relating to financial and corporate (re)structuring transactions, international (commercial) contracts and corporate documents. He has also been advising clients as to a wide range of legal matters and transactions handling all stages from early planning to post-completion.

Réphaël is fluent in French and English.

Jean Rollin
Senior Associate

Jean is a senior associate who advises on various types of investment vehicles (AIF, UCITS, securitization vehicle) from structure to launch. Jean also advises matters for companies (AIFMs, PFS, securitization vehicles).

Jean has extensive experience in general corporate matters and private equity, including corporate restructuring and corporate finance. He has notably advised major asset managers and banks on their activities in Luxembourg from the structuring phase onwards.

He is also a former lecturer of the University of Lorraine, Nancy Law Faculty, for students of the Diplôme de Juriste Conseil d'Entreprise, which he also holds.

Jean is fluent in French and English.

Natalia Zuvak

Natalia is an associate dealing with M&A and corporate law. She advises on national and international mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructurings, migrations, joint ventures as well as on private equity transactions.


Natalia has experience in banking and financial law, as well as in corporate governance matters. She also handles corporate litigations such as shareholders’ disputes, directors’ liability and insolvency-related disputes before the courts of Luxembourg. She also advises clients on reorganisation and insolvency and is regularly appointed by the court as an insolvency practitioner. 


Natalia specialises in employment law matters. She advises financial institutions, funds/private equity players, insurance companies, multinationals and other corporate clients on the full spectrum of employment law topics. 

She is a member of several associations such as the Luxembourg Institute for Human Rights; the Association Luxembourgeoise des Mandataires de justice and the International Association of Lawyers (UIA).

Natalia was admitted to the Luxembourg Bar in 2017. She holds a law degree in corporate law/tax law from UPMF Grenoble (2015). Prior to joining KPMG Law, Natalia was an associate at an international law firm in Luxembourg. 

Natalia fluently speaks Russian, English and French.

André Mai

André is an associate who deals with corporate and investment management matters. He helps our clients in relation to the setting-up of their structure and in a wide variety of other transactions. André is experienced in corporate financing and refinancing and the implementation of domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions. He also advises our clients from the establishment of their funds to the setting-up of their underlying transactions.

Marie Servais

Marie is an associate dealing with corporate and investment management matters. She regularly advises on corporate restructuring and financing matters. She assists notably in the implementation of domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions and in other various types of transactions. She gained experience in a previous Luxembourg law firm.

Younes Oumeziane

Younes is an associate dealing with corporate and investment funds.

He advises both regulated and unregulated ones on their structuring, establishment, distribution and ongoing operations for a wide range of asset classes. Younes is further experienced on regulatory matters such as AIFMD, MiFID, AML, ESG etc.

Furthermore, his area of assistance covers implementation of domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions. Prior to joining KPMG Law Luxembourg, Younes demonstrated an expertise in the regulatory consulting within the leading Luxembourg law firm.
