David Louis
Managing Partner
David is the head of the KLL office. He has over 20 years' experience with international law firms in Luxembourg. He is a member of the Luxembourg Bar.
David's practice covers all areas of corporate law with a specific focus on investment funds (UCITS and AIF/M). This includes fund formation, investments and regulatory compliance. He specialises in alternative investment funds.
David is an active member of the ALFI (Association Luxembourgeoise des Fonds d'Investissement) notably at the level of the AIFMD, Private Equity, Real Estate and the Socially Responsible Investment (ESG) committees. David co-chairs the American Bar Association Subcommittee on Investment Funds. He is also co-chair of ALFI's digital funding committee. David is mentioned in several professional directories including Legal 500 and Chambers. David is a regular speaker at international conferences, seminars and lectures at Universities. David speaks French, English and Spanish.

Réphaël Havrenne

Réphaël has over 13 years of experience acquired in a highly reputable international firms in the areas of corporate, M&A, and commercial law as legal advisor for legal implementation of international restructuring as well as lead counsel managing large multijurisdictional and cross-border assignments. He is used to working in a multicultural and multidisciplinary environment dealing with complex legal projects.
Réphaël has been advising and assisting with preparing, negotiating and reviewing all relevant documents relating to financial and corporate (re)structuring transactions, international (commercial) contracts and corporate documents. He has also been advising clients as to a wide range of legal matters and transactions handling all stages from early planning to post-completion.
Réphaël is fluent in French and English.
